Several items that were not metioned:
* Man-Faye - Damon Evans dressing up as Cowboy Bebop's Faye Valentine
* Ate My Balls - These sites were everywhere back in the late 1990s on the Internet. Now they are an endangered species.
* Mr. T verses - While Mr. T already was metioned in this book, there were many "Mr. T verses" websites running rival to Ate My Balls. These too are disappearing like Geocities pages owned by Yahoo!.
* 4chan.org - Do I have to explain?
* Anonymous - The Hacker Group that rallied against Scientology in 2008. Prior to that, they ran around doing pranks for the LULZ.
* Homestar Runner/Strongbad Email

Additional information to add to your book:
* Still Alive (the Cake is a Lie) was composed by Johnathan Coulton, who also sings Furry Old Lobsters.
* Rick Astley is NO STRANGER TO LOVE. So don't forget to remind people that he would never give you up, Never let you down, Never run around and desert you, Never make you cry, Never say goodbye, Never gonna tell a lie and hurt you, unlike the Spice Girls.
* Astley was also in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York in 2008.

I could probably name like a dozen or more other things but why ruin it.
