The whole sick jokes project hasn’t just been an attempt to get 100% filth into the British Library, but also a (not so) secret attempt to test my theories of marketing.
My little idea is “give away the book and more people would buy it.” Not really a paradox, but simply that a PDF copy allows people to enjoy the material, but isn’t really a suitable gift for a birthday present.
“Oooh. A 14MB email attachment, your generosity is really spoiling us.”
Hence, give it away, and maybe people will buy a copy for a friend. That’s assuming they think the book is good of course.

Damn, this joke book is goddamn great. Seriously, i just stumbled on it, and granted I’m a sick bastard, but this is easily the funniest joke book I’ve seen in years. Money is tight for me right now, but I’m damn sure gonna buy some of this for my twisted friends, and recommend this to the handful of living_abomination fans.
